Expect some great early evening specials of comedy, theatre, traditional dance and music.  Ending our days with really magical entertainment before bedtime stories, our guests this year are Colonel Custard; Zulu Tradition, David Gibb and MarkMark Productions.

Family Concert

Biscuithead and the Biscuit Badgers have a reputation as oddball tubadours who will leave you singing of land hermit crabs and cheese.
Catch this mad bunch for a Family Show on Saturday.

Circus Skills

Juggling, poi, hoola hooping, spinning plates, stilts – you name it – it’s there for you to have a go with at the special workshops over the weekend as well as "have a go" anytime at the circus stall.

Outback2basics deliver hands-on Stone Age history sessions, bringing the Stone Age alive with an interactive timeline and practical workshops.

Having lived as Stone Age people in the Wilds of America with no modern equipment and roaming the wilderness as true nomadic hunter gatherers, Outback2basics now use their stories to teach these primitive skills.

Grand Family Ceilidh

The family ceilidh is held in Festival Dance House - the BIG marquee where everyone goes to dance - the big space!  Enjoy, with your very own Towzer! Band and caller, Michelle Holding.

The Face Painting Fairy

Our fabulous Face Painting Fairies return for daily painting of faces - what will you choose this time?  Will you go every day, or just the once?  Go on, make yourself even more magical.  Please come and show us your face when it's done and share any pictures on our Facebook page.

Lantern Making

Our Lantern Parade on Monday night is something quite fabulous – go and make a lantern and take part in this magical procession.  If you can’t make the procession you can still make a lantern to take home.
We've had some amazing designs over the years - will you make a space station, alligator, Minion or giant guitar this year?  We've never had one of those…..or have we?

Climb, jump, step and balance around the circuit of mini gym equipment to test your skills and have some fun.  Lots of stuff to play on and with.

Plink Plonk and Pluck your way to musical majesty.  This tiny instrument is now one of the world's most popular.  Easy to pick up and great fun to play.  All-comers welcome as we take you through the basics.
